On-Site hybrid events are produced from a hotel or customer site. The main presenters, and perhaps a small socially distanced audience as well as the technical staff are the only people present. This allows for the advantage of a polished, professional stage look with higher production values without bringing an audience in where it is not permitted or practical.

While these events are much like live events, much more though must be put into the pre-production of content. Pre-production enhances production values through the use of more sophisticated graphics, lower-thirds, green screen studios. The produced segments are seamlessly integrate with live Q & A to connect the audience to the event.
